We ship by mail unless yours is a bulk order- one or more boxes of eight books, in which case we will need a physical address usable by UPS, FEDEX or the like. Any such orders must be made by mail or email, and payment made in advance per instructions we will mail or email.
We apologize to our European customers that the shipping cost is so high. When you see the actual postage we have you will realize that we have actually subsidized more than half of the cost! Please take as consolation the fact that, had a mainstream publisher offered this book, he would have had to charge over $100 for a book of this quality, 280 pages, and over 400 illustrations- most in full color, by the world’s most famous marine photographers. We do not have to keep highly paid executives in corner offices in New York City, so even with the shipping cost, it is very much of a bargain.
